Happy Birth Day Baby Elizabeth!
Today is the day!
Check in at 5:30 a.m., water broke at 6:45 and pitocin started at 7:15. What a wild ride!
Our little gift for all those who will care for us over the next few days. I love my job and the ease of these great little chocolates…address labels on chocolate bars. It really does make all the difference. However, the nurses are more ga-ga over the pens! I’m thrilled to return the favors!
You are a rock star baby girl arriving 3 1/2 hours after we arrived.
We are happy to introduce you to Elizabeth Edna Boster who arrived this morning (much faster than anyone predicted, beating even my hopes by 2 hours), February 20th, at 10:19 a.m. weighing 8 lbs. 4 oz. and measuring 21″ long. She beats Mikey’s weight by a full pound.
My L&D nurse was truly fantastic. She heard my desires for a natural delivery, encouraged me along the way, always sincere about the expectations but quick to provide the incentive to continue. Despite this being our 4th induction, I learned so many great things from her today. She was truly a Godsend today. Thank you to all my friends who prayed specifically for my nurses today. Your prayers were heard and I’m forever grateful! This baby was delivered without any meds in right at 3 1/2 hours! Holy cow!!!
We are indeed a family of six now!
Funny how exciting our view is to the kids.
And a very sincere thank you to our adopted family who is lovingly caring for the kids today and tonight. We love you Satrianos.
And for the best honor of the night….
In attempt to remain friends, I opted not to post the photo of Loly crying as the news continued to sink in. We love you guys. Thank you for always being there for us, for loving us, and for being so present in our day-to-day happenings. We are honored our children (not just the two youngest girls) have such incredible role models in this journey of life. Thank you!! We love you and the Godsisters too!

BTW…Thank you Uncle Nick for bringing her a protector. The wolf is fantastic and we will sleep better tonight knowing he’s on guard!
Happy Birthday Ellie. I hear you squeaking and know it’s time to eat. You are a love already.

Wonderful pictures of everyone!!!! Congrats on the Godparents…perfect! Love to everyone and miss you all tons!!! G. Lissa
Oh boy how I love this family!!!!
Just can’t believe she is here..seems like just yesterday you told us you were pregnant. Wow…what a little blessing of love. She is beautiful and looks a lot like KT.. despite your thoughts they switched her with another persons baby. ha ha!! The other kids are getting so so big. And Mikey has glasses? What? When did that happen? I guess I need to start skyping. Its probably the only way I may keep up. Doubtful but its worth a try. Love you all so much!!!
Congratulations to you, Sarah and Nate!! What a beautiful addition to your family!
What an incredible family you have Sara Lin & what a ROCK STAR YOU were in doing all the right things as is typical for you in getting baby Ellie here in record time. You are such in incredible role model for all those young cousins of yours who are just now having children of their own. How relaxed you are with them, how natural “Mothering” is for you. So proud of the beautiful God filled woman you are today, seems just like yesterday that I was there when you came into this world at < 2 lbs! God had special plans for you & this is becoming more & more evident as you get older! Love you all dearly!
Praise The Lord…Baby Elizabeth is so beautiful!! You all look so great!! I am so happy for you and your sweet family, Sara! Everything went so well–the Lord exceeded your expectations…what great joy! God bless you all!! Can’t wait to meet Miss Elizabeth Edna! Hugs and kisses…
Sandy
PS: I especially loved the pic of Clare giving her baby sis a kiss!!
